Terms and Conditions
All reservation terms and conditions are agreed upon with your booking and inlude:.
- Guest is required to pay the first night rental fee as a deposit to secure the requested unit. Credit or debit card used to book will be automatically charged the balance 30 days prior to your arrival date. If arrival date is less than 30 days from time of booking, then full payment will be charged immediately.
- Guest may cancel with full refund, minus transaction fee, if cancelled a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to check-in date.
- Full payment required on all no-shows or cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
- Guest is required to sign electronically delivered, rental agreement prior entering the unit.
- A $250 hold will be placed on the guest credit or debit card prior to entering the unit as collateral in case of damages to the unit or its' contents. Hold will be released within 48 hours of departure if there are no damages to the unit or its' contents.
- There is no daily housekeeping with this rental. Any guest that would like additional cleanings can secure that cleaning for $60.
- Maximum occupancy of Queen Studio is 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child and Deluxe Studio is 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. Non-adherence to the maximum occupany as detailed here will result in expulsion for the unit with no refund.
- Property allows the inclusion of dogs under 50lbs with any guest rental for a daily fee of $12. Guest who do not inform property of inclusion of dog with rental will be removed from premise, with no refund provided.
- There is no free parking with your rental. Paid parking can be made available at a rate of $14 per day by calling (786) 545-2204 prior to your arrival.
